Loan Terms
Garments provided by Rachel Sudbury are loaned exclusively for the editorial or production specified at checkout. All items remain the property of Rachel Sudbury while on loan. The stylist or production assumes full responsibility for the garments from the date of receipt until confirmed return.

Rental Pricing
20% of retail value for editorial and photoshoots.
30% of retail value for stage, performance, and events.
Rental fees are non-refundable once the garment has been dispatched.

Credit Requirements
All published imagery must credit the garments as RACHEL SUDBURY in both print and digital formats. Failure to credit may result in ineligibility for future loans.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning
The stylist is responsible for any damage, loss, or required cleaning while on loan. In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the responsible party agrees to pay the full retail replacement value.

Return Conditions
All garments must be returned by the agreed return date, in the same condition as received, clean and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the stylist.
